Global System Integrator Manager at Synack

You will be responsible for owning and defining Synack’s partner strategy for global system integrators (SI) -- developing joint value propositions, business models, legal structures, and joint delivery motions. This role requires an entrepreneurial mind that is able to build innovative solutions, be proactive, and work cross-departmentally with an unwavering sense of patience and resilience.

As the SI manager you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our partnerships with key systems integrators and consultancies, while also supporting our existing Value-added Reseller (VARs) community. Serving as a key part of our sales function, our partnerships team will play a critical role in driving customer value and generating new opportunities together.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Identifying key contacts within potential partners and actively prospecting into them
  • Owning and defining strategy on system integrator development, including everything from joint value propositions to joint delivery motions
  • Managing relationships with strategic SIs at the Director/VP/C-Level
  • Maintaining and enabling our existing VAR Channel Community. Actively initiating and hosting product trainings, sales trainings, pipeline calls, marketing campaigns, and executive QBRs
  • Managing and educating internal sales/success teams to better work with your partners

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of partnership management experience with global alliances, boutique or medium to large VARs, or security consulting  and the desire to leverage this experience to define and execute an SI strategy
  • Startup experience and/or a “builder mindset”
  • You know the SaaS business model and are familiar with cybersecurity technologies
  • Experience prospecting, recruiting, presenting, closing, and managing partnerships at the Dir/VP/C-Level
  • Experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product
  • Experience navigating complex contracts and deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
