LISNR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide support to our Client and Engineering team for the deployment of a confidential project with one of our Clients. The Senior Project Manager requires hands-on project management skills, deep technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills. The person will be responsible for collecting business and systems requirements,, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.


You will bring demonstrated experience to imaginatively address assignments of all complexity levels. LISNR powers transactions and connects the online to offline customer journey globally with the most advanced Ultrasonic Data Platform. Originally developed as a device independent method of communicating short messages to consumers, the software solution inserts, then extracts data using inaudible tones through standard speakers and microphones. Today, companies like Jaguar Land Rover, Ticketmaster, Visa and more use this solution to create frictionless applications for consumers around the world. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

 

  • Our goal is to create a centralized ticketing platform for all of their properties where ticketing and payment data is tied to the identity of the guests. The purpose of this approach is to execute a comprehensive “Sound Ticket” solution powered by LISNR in conjunction with the candidate organization.   

  • Adheres to established project management processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) for the Technology community

  • Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities

  • Easily recognises system deficiencies, and implements effective solutions

  • Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets business goals

  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments

  • Manage resource demand, budget, timelines, and escalate issues

  • Monitor work progress and effectively manage key project milestones

  • Manage and communicate risks and impact to scope, budget, and resources

  • Reports project status, timely and effectively, using escalation, issue resolution and effective communication

  • Understand the product and organizational impact by partnering with Stakeholders, Business Analysts and Product Owners

  • Identify and manage Operational changes required based on project deliverables

  • Manage project change requests impacting scope, time and budget

  • Motivate and drive for results that promote team collaboration and a positive “can do” attitude

  • Manage Vendor implementations

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience working in an Agile Environment

  • At least 7-10 Years of Related Work Experience

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Visio, Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, etc.

  • Maintains Positive Attitude in a fast-paced work environment

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

  • Travel Required
