BrightEdge is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Team in Foster City. You will work closely with our Talent Manager and learn how to identify, source, and close world-class talent.

Core Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales to determine needs, priorities, and processes
    • Manage and work on filling Account Executive roles
    • Provide a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process
    • Track and monitor recruiting pipeline for weekly executive meetings
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and successfully close candidates
    • Partner with Senior Hiring Managers to develop recruiting strategies to identify and bring in top talent
    • Develop sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline

What it Takes to be Successful

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Experience recruiting for Account Executives and other Sales roles in a fast paced start up
      • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
      • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
      • Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
      • Understanding of technical concepts preferred (Big data, database, platform, etc.)
