BrightEdge is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Team in Cleveland. You will work closely with our Director of Talent and learn how to identify, source, and close world-class talent.

Core Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine needs, priorities, and processes
    • Manage and work a wide variety of positions
    • Provide a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process
    • Track and monitor recruiting pipeline for weekly executive meetings
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Own recruitment for key positions on the development and product teams, including VP and director level positions
    • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and successfully close candidates
    • Partner with Senior Hiring Managers to develop recruiting strategies to identify and bring in top talent
    • Develop sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline

What it Takes to be Successful

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Experience recruiting for high-level positions in a fast paced start up
      • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
      • Experience closing executive and senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
      • 6+ months of sourcing experience on LinkedIn Recruiter
      • Experience managing candidates through an ATS Software such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
      • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
      • Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
      • Understanding of technical concepts preferred (Big data, database, platform, etc.)
