We seek a Director of Business Models & Services to develop new business models and drive significant growth in new and existing manufacturing service capabilities. The right candidate will have a keen ability to catalyze business growth of existing services while identifying new markets and business models which accelerate Fictiv’s expansion in manufacturing around the world. You will work closely with customers, industry leaders and internal Fictiv teams to bring about a radically new approach to contract manufacturing and expedite the  long overdue transformation of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
 
Your leadership, business acumen and ability to drive change in new markets will allow you to play a pivotal role in revolutionizing manufacturing.

What You'll be Doing

    • Lead cross functional teams to optimize and scale revenue for critical service lines
    • Test & validate pricing strategies to extend market share
    • Develop repeatable go to market strategies and processes for introducing new capabilities & services
    • Expand market awareness & customer base into new regions
    •  Explore  and test new high-margin revenue streams  
    • Analyze market data to improve vertical focus and guide targeting + messaging
