Two Bit Circus has opened a micro-amusement park in DTLA!

What is a micro-amusement park, you ask? A 50,000 ft² venue in the Arts District featuring re-imagined midway and arcade games, interactive story rooms, re-imagined carnival food, mastered mixology, a robot bartender, and so much more (that we can’t post here)!


Job Summary:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Park Admin will answer phones and info emails to direct questions and provide assistance to guests communicating via phone and email, answer questions at the front desk about experiences, maintain and update records, obtain payments, make reservations, collect guest experience feedback, secures lost and found items.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to accept the most effective role;
  • Responsible for providing exceptional guest service at Two Bit Circus in line with our Service Standards;
  • Respond to guest inquires via the phone lines and email, directing guests to the appropriate department as needed;
  • Process payment transactions and refunds through the Center Edge software;
  • Secure guest’s lost valuables by managing the lost and found;
  • Assisting Park with administrative duties in ordering supplies, creating signage, spot checking online reservations to ensure website is working correctly;
  • Audit Attendance reports and log discrepancies;
  • Creating daily reports for FOH operations i.e staffing models;
  • Inputting Labor reports and process scheduling for all departments;
  • Processing Invoices and logging receivables;
  • Auditing cash controls and receiving of cash orders securely and safely;
  • Updating online sales portal and tracking sales of online items;
  • Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through consistently adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Two Bit Circus SOPs and Two Bit Circus Handbook;
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Position is based in Los Angeles;
  • Previous hospitality or hosting experience preferred;
  • Previous administrative experience preferred;
  • Must be flexible regarding schedule, as it is based on business demands;
  • Education: High School diploma preferred;
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance;
  • Requires successful completion of criminal background check.
