GoodData is searching for a Sales Enablement Associate to join its team in San Francisco, and work with the sales and marketing teams to assist with sales support initiatives. You should have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in an unpredictable and rapidly evolving environment. This position reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales enablement, sales operations, or directly as a salesperson.


  • Partner with marketing, sales and product teams to coordinate the rollout of training materials and resources for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Manage the sales enablement repository, ensuring all information is readily accessible at the point of need.
  • Develop sales decks to explain GoodData to prospective customers.
  • Develop inside sales tools including call scripts, discovery guides, qualification scorecards and multiple sets of inbound/outbound email templates.
  • Maintain corporate sales deck, demo environment and demo script.
    Monitor and measure sales team adoption of new content, process or other initiatives.
  • Regularly gather feedback from the sales team with a focus on constantly improving support programs. Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
  • Train new sales team members on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure ongoing communication of new marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead the research and evaluation of new sales performance and productivity tools.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal sales and marketing events.
  • Create, document, optimize, train and measure internal processes and sales processes.
  • Manage first meeting and demo certification program with a current 90% pass rate.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in sales, sales enablement or sales support role preferred
  • Experience in technology enablement, preferable analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience in developing and delivering training to sales teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills and a high level of confidence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Creative and strategic thinker
