Job Description:

We are looking for a bright, focused and passionate Marketing Campaign Manager to help us plan, build and track our multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a hands-on problem solver and wants to work in a small, focused and experienced marketing team, developing and executing campaigns and programs that are effective and deliver high ROI. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history of building, executing, monitoring and optimizing demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns. The right candidate will exhibit experience in a marketing role for a software company with programs that reach and convert new prospects into qualified leads. Deep knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and complementing MarTech stack are essential to the success in this role.

You will:

  • Possess a keen understanding of campaign objectives and audiences, you will build and coordinate all demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with content and creative team members in the development of new campaigns, content and landing pages
  • Manage and build email lists, campaigns and templates utilizing the Marketo marketing automation platform, prepare and adjust content and call-to-actions and coordinate with creative team to optimize campaign towards maximized response, engagement and qualified lead generation
  • Help grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of lead nurture campaigns
  • Drive innovative lead generation programs to increase qualified sales opportunities and achieve deeper penetration in emerging segments
  • Oversee all marketing automation programs, including marketing scoring models, lead routing rules, nurturing flows, and company-wide best practices
  • Grow prospect database of addressable leads, and ensure database cleanliness against existing/former customer databases
  • Write and manage the development of landing pages, emails, programs and other marketing collateral via Marketo
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and cross-functional marketing teams to execute large-scale demand and lead generation programs
  • Understand all marketing channels metrics, evaluate each campaign performance, ROI tracking, wrap-up reports and recommendations for future high-velocity campaigns

You have:

  • 6-8 years successful B2B experience running global multi-channel and multi-audience campaigns. Including lists segmentation, campaign design, execution and reporting
  • First-hand, in-depth experience with marketing automation tools and marketing operations (Marketo, Engagio, DemandBase, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms 
  • In-depth Salesforce CRM experience – creating campaigns, lead management, assignment rules
  • A strong background in campaign marketing, with a focus on demand generation, database marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills; polished interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to build relationships and manage external vendors
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • BA / BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience
