Human Resources Co-ordinator - 12 month contract at DocuSign

Position Summary

This individual will drive our new hire, onboarding and various employee changes HR processes. We are looking for a self-starter and creative, problem solver who strives in a changing environment to collaborate on the design of our HR workflows and systems, while continually supporting our employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality operational support to business units in EMEA in order to deliver a value added HR management service.
  • Administer key HR processes such as onboarding & new hire orientation, employee changes, termination process and exit interviews 
  • Support HR team with drafting policies, procedures and fielding general HR queries
  • Continually seek opportunities to create, improve, and impact HR Ops processes 
  • Prepare and issue employee change documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, HRBPs, IT and other stakeholders
  • Manage the data entry process for employees throughout the employee lifecycle for EMEA.
  • Support HR team in employee generalist activities such as on boarding, investigations and exit interviews.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS and in the simplification and improvement of its work flows processes.
  • Administer all statutory & regulatory HR reporting requirements.
