Position Summary

You are a Product Consultant, who will deliver SpringCM as a fully functional, high-value document management solution in a timely and cost effective manner to our clients. This person should have experience in business process management, mature project delivery acumen, a strong background in Agile implementation methodologies, should possesses good technical skills and should exhibit passion and a sense of urgency for delivering extraordinary levels of client satisfaction. This is a highly visible and customer - facing position.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and partners to gather and refine business requirements and user stories based on best practice and experience.
  • Create business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, user stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows and vision scope documents. Plan project execution in terms of sprints/iterations, allocation of resources and scope
  • Help to drive project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as needed to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Configure SpringCM per requirements
  • Help to coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risks
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide mentoring, hands-on training and technical oversight to partner resources
  • Participate in creating test cases as well as provide assistance in UAT efforts
  • Conduct effective retrospective reviews, harvest key areas of opportunity, and adapt implementation methodology processes to accommodate changes
  • Assist with transition from professional services to support
  • Contribute to a library of internal and customer-facing technical content
  • Provide training and mentoring as required, both internal and external
  • Works with pre-sales Sales Engineers to support the sales process as requested
  • Help to develop and present change requests for out-of-scope requests

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is highly preferred
  • Substantial business process analysis experience
  • Proven software project experience (Scrum or other Agile experience required)
  • The ideal candidate will ideally have familiarity with Salesforce in a Salesforce Admin or developer capacity
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of programming experience
  • Experience working on projects involving multiple parties (other vendors, SI’s etc) with varying priorities.
  • Experience working with SI partners who are involved in a project delivery
  • Experience scaling Scrum teams, ideally Scrum Master Certification
  • In depth understanding of document/content management and/or workflow systems and their application to business process improvement
  • “Process” rather than “System” analysis experience
  • Experience implementing workflow/BPM software (e.g. Lombardi, Pega, K2, Skelta), ECM software (e.g. Documentum, FileNet, MS SharePoint) and/or IDC technologies (e.g. Brainware, DataCap) would be preferred
  • Ability to write user stories, requirement documents, functional specifications, test cases and technical reports and procedures
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Effective use of PSA tools (i.e. Jira, OpenAir, Tenrox etc)
  • Must be able to work independently or as a part of a team and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work non-standard business hours to accommodate business needs
  • Must be willing to travel, occasionally
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with XML and XPATH queries is a plus
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management systems is a plus
  • Creative problem solving is a plus
