Position Summary:

DocuSign are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager specifically to work closely with our strategic financial services clients in EMEA.  Are you excited at the prospect of a role where you will play a key part in growing our London enterprise team?

As the dedicated Enterprise Account Executive you will work closely with DocuSign’s largest and strategic financial services customers ( banks, investment, insurance and retail ) as a trusted advisor. You will understand their company challenges and business goals and drive both new business and upsell opportunities to our financial services clients. Passionate about DocuSign cloud solutions, you will be driven to achieve optimum results and revenue.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the VP, Enterprise Sales EMEA North, who is based in London.


  • Qualify Enterprise sales opportunities in the Financial Services industry based on DocuSign’s success criteria
  • Build Enterprise and execute plans and strategies for each financial services account
  • Effectively leverage internal resources (Presales, Professional Services, Legal etc.) in Sales Campaigns to ensure sales success
  • Uncover customer needs with financial services clients and develop relationships with multiple Enterprise stakeholders within the assigned accounts across all Lines of Business
  • Consistently seek new Enterprise business opportunities in the financial services industry by presenting, recommending and upsell new DocuSign solutions, services and partner solutions
  • Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business, you strive to see the bigger picture and drive optimum results for the business


  • Proven track record of direct sales exp. in an Enterprise Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying role
  • Experience dealing with enterprise level organisations in the Financial Services sector ( banking or insurance )
  • Experience in selling SaaS / cloud solutions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with senior decision makers / C-level executives
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 25%.
  • An effective communicator, you build and nurture strong business relationships using your business insight and real passion for the product and customer
