Technical Sales Consultant, DACH at DocuSign

Position Summary

This position is a high impact position within the EMEA DocuSign Solutions Consulting organisation based in Dublin, Ireland. Are you interested in transforming how people work, live and connect? To further our momentum and growth in EMEA we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our high-performance team in Dublin, to help our DACH customers to do business faster and better.

This position is an Individual Contributor role reporting directly to Manager, Solutions Consulting EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • You will articulate the DocuSign company vision, key business messages and business value of DocuSign solutions to new and existing customers
  • You will work closely with our customers and prospects to uncover use cases and core business challenges
  • Craft comprehensive solution designs that resolve customer business challenges
  • Present DocuSign Platform and partner technologies as part of solution workshops
  • Deep understanding of core technologies used within the DocuSign platform, the systems we integrate with and the APIs used during integration
  • Collaborate with SMB Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • You will assist in the winning of upsell opportunities through active collaboration with Account Management and Renewal teams
  • Build compelling Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with defined success criteria
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs, Security Questionnaires
  • Attend industry and partner events in EMEA and present/demo DocuSign’s solutions

Requirements

  • You have a strong track record of success in consultancy, solutions consulting, sales, delivery or training success for a software solution organisation.
  • Fluency in English and German required.
  • Experience with fast-growing cloud-based software and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential
  • Excellent presentation skills, experienced in presenting to customers over the phone and face to face
  • Experience delivering impactful software demonstrations
  • Experience with solution design and/or technical proposal writing a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud based software
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typical about 40%
