As a writer on the Xevo marketing team, you will play an important role in writing copy that will inform, engage, and delight both clients and consumers. You will also be responsible for generating content for our partners, including well-known consumer brands and automakers. You’ll develop a compelling narrative to produce a broad range of content for partner marketing campaigns, in-house sales materials, website content, and more. The ideal candidate is also strategic about driving an informed perspective, identifying market trends, and understanding digital media communication. 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:  

  • Create best-in-class brand content for Xevo marketing and business development efforts; including Xevo blog, social media content, and marketing collateral
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing team, clients, and customers to understand business needs and proactively drive projects through to completion
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s goals, strategies, and products to ensure work aligns with product offerings and brand standards
  • Edit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice
  • Stay informed and current on trends and identify best practices
  • Manage projects and deliverables 

So, do you have what it takes?

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in creating content and copywriting
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated success creating compelling content tailored to goals and audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills, and persuasive writing skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a results-driven self-starter
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
  • Expert experience in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advertising content creation experience a plus
