Work like you mean it

As a technical sourcing recruiter, you will bring your passion and drive to recruit technical talent across a new emerging industry.  With your full cycle recruiting expertise, you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to identify, attract and hire the best talent in the market. 

Your mission (should you choose to accept it.)  

  • Partner with internal hiring teams, primarily Engineering, to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates against profiles and the culture described in our leadership principles, rather than merely sell a role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, career events, networking, university outreach and Open House events.
  • Collaborate and partner with HR and Operations Team to share best practices and up level organizational recruiting capabilities.

So, do you have what it takes?

  • At least 3+ years of corporate recruiting and/or search firm experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience recruiting software development engineers, Open Source, AWS, AI/ML and data scientists, along with some level of technical understanding.
  • 3+ years’ experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) as a tool for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.  Social media and LinkedIn expertise/familiarity, along with other platforms, required.
  • Multiple years’ experience using ATS as a tool for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
