Brand Partnerships Manager at Brit + Co.
San Francisco, CA, US

Brit + Co is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager with sales experience in building and scaling multi-platform business across key categories including tech, home and cpg.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, variety of contacts, great customer service, and a deep knowledge of how to package and sell Brit + Co’s core capabilities including digital video, display media, social and experiential.    

This position will be based at the Brit + Co New York office and will report to the SVP of Brand Partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a territory specific sales strategy
  • Provide a clear roadmap on future sales opportunities
  • Work with management to drive Brit + Co’s  revenue growth
  • Participate in creative brainstorms for custom sponsorship programs
  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify and package future sales opportunities
  • Support best practices to ensure excellent client service and communication

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital sales
  • Solid sales and negotiation experience from within the media industry
  • Proven networking and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial flair with a highly driven and passionate mindset
  • Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills, persuasive and equipped with a positive attitude
  • Organized, detail oriented and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • BA or BS
