Sales Director at Adaptive Mobile

Due to significant market growth, AdaptiveMobile Security seeks additional Sales directors worldwide.

Attractive packages commensurate with experience will be offered.

Prospective candidates must have experience selling security products and services to telecom carriers, governments and third-party security companies.

Role summary

  • Deliver the company revenue objectives, quarterly and annually in territory;
  • Execute agreed annual and quarterly key sales and delivery objectives.
  • Track pipeline, develop and communicate forecasts.
  • Develop established Accounts and support new business sales activities.
  • Contribute regional based feedback on security data analysis.
  • Provide structured feedback to AMS product, marketing and technical teams concerning customer issues, needs and priorities relevant to AMS products and services. 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage operators and participate in the regional growth strategy & execution
  • Develop and manage channels to maximum performance on sales, collections, support
  • Develop and execute the strategy to position our products as a market leader in telecom security and national critical infrastructures and security matters.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Regional & Global Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance and Engineering organizations, insuring that timely customer feedback is given as well as customer commitments are met.
  • Create and execute annual business plans to effectively integrate with company plans and operations
  • Maintain a high degree of understanding of the product line and insure company strategies reflect the needs of customers
  • Engage with key customers and channels at executive level
  • Oversee deal negotiation with customers and strategic partners

Expected experience

  • Accustomed to working and travelling internationally
  • Senior director level with extensive contacts and relationships at all levels in target markets.
  • An aptitude for building both New Business & Account Management Sales experience selling complex solutions to mobile operators
  • Definite experience of doing $1Million+ deals
  • A go getter, assertive, tremendous energy, self-motivation, self-starter, leaves no stone unturned to achieve results
  • Comfortable dealing with technical and commercial contacts within the mobile operator
  • Confident consultative selling skills
  • Capable of identifying and leveraging 3rd parties to secure deals with mobile operators
  • Builds sustained customer and partner relationships based on trust and delivery of commitments
  • Ability to promote and sell innovative services/products as they are being developed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - at all levels and commands respect internally and externally
  • Excellent organiser and planner with problem solving skills
  • Effective in working in matrix teams sharing resources.

 

Qualifications, experience and knowledge

  • BA or BS
  • Minimum 10 years successful sales management experience
  • Experience selling infrastructure to mobile operators, governments and third-party security companies
  • Strong conceptual understanding of mobile data communications
  • Proven success in penetrating markets and developing new business
  • Strong collaborative team player
  • Ability to understand and maintain credability with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Industry knowledge, resourcefulness and a strong network of customer, channel and industry contacts
  • Hands-on and results-oriented with integrity and impeccable character
  • Ability to travel frequently
