Microsoft Partner Manager at Sprinklr

As Sprinklr grows, Partners and Alliances are becoming increasingly important to customer acquisition and client success.  We are expanding our Partner ecosystem in 2019 to capitalize on this fast-growing category.

We are recruiting for an Microsoft Alliance Manager located out of our NYC headquarters to grow this market share globally.  This role reports into the Senior Director of Microsoft Alliance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft products and services, and have a mix of business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management experience.  Experience with Alliance or Channel partners is a plus. Additionally, a track record in developing joint marketing / sales plans that drive leads and pipeline and deliver revenue. Candidates must have a team player attitude and be committed to working in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior level executives and influencers at Microsoft to drive support and program success.

  • Drive revenue streams for partners and customers.

  • Establish the cadence, processes and workflows for Microsoft partner channels as well as, driving business development through these channels.

  • Manage communications and activities for both internal and external resources.

  • Drive innovative co-marketing strategies and programs

  • Maintain detailed partner pipeline and deal status

 

Skills & Experience

  • Five to Ten years in Partner Development -- with a strong knowledge of MIcrosoft products and services

  • Strong sales and relationship management skills.

  • Proven experience within the technology landscape or similarly complex subject area

  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills required.

  • Proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally

  • As this role has a global reach, it will require travel, including internationally
