Salesforce Developer at Sprinklr

Job Summary

We are looking to add a Salesforce & CPQ Platform Developer focused on day to day oversight of Sprinklr Salesforce.com ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role that will have direct impact on the focus areas of Sprinklr’s Quote to Cash B2B sales daily process. Ultimately it is your job to ensure there is clean data flowing through the various systems that will enable effective sales and never would a system or back-end limitation come in the way of sales success. You will become a resident technical expert on our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, CPQ (Steelbrick) & as well as our customer success (Gainsight) platforms and a few other bells and whistles within Salesforce that come with some years of customization. This role will work closely with the rest of the Sales & Business Operations team to ensure consistency across processes and systems that are being followed by the entire business.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of SFDC experience
  • SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Quote to Cash process background and ability to become a leader with Salesforce CPQ Steelbrick
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales, Enterprise, Lightning & Service Cloud offerings
  • Design and implement enhancements including creation of custom objects, pages, Apex classes, triggers, processes, flows, workflows, reports, etc.
  • Design, develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchange, Force.com pages and integration with on-premise or third party solutions using web services, APIs, etc.
  • Perform system administration including administering user accounts, security roles, profiles, workflows, etc.
  • Written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle
  • Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales, Enterprise, Lightning & Service Cloud offerings
  • Extensive development experience using Apex, Visualforce, etc.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across multiple systems
  • Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle
  • Experience leading a development team through the project life cycle, be it internally or external consultants.
  • Attends training and/or industry seminars as appropriate, to stay abreast of current technologies, trends and directions
  • Strong organizational skills, quick responsiveness, and act with a sense of urgency

Education/Certifications

  • A Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SFDC admin certification
  • SFDC Advanced certification (Developer, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Pardot, etc.)
  • Bonus: Salesforce CPQ certified
