Senior Product Marketing Manager at Helpshift

Helpshift powers customer service for world’s most recognized brands like Microsoft, Square, Supercell, Moviepass, and Vivino. Helpshift bridges the disconnect between conventional customer service channels—like email and phone support—and a growing consumer base that does more on mobile phones and has a strong preference for messaging as the primary mode of communication. Through Helpshift’s Bot and AI-powered support platform, companies can resolve issues more efficiently, boosting customer satisfaction in the process.
 
Responsibilities
The product marketing team at Helpshift is responsible for crisp positioning of Helpshift’s products, enabling sales with materials that help them win and acquiring market intelligence that let us outflank the competition.
 
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be driving go-to-market strategies for product, marketing and sales teams. You will can switch gears from strategy to execution without breaking a sweat. You have a bias towards action and constantly drive for improvement. You are able to deftly keep in sync and meet expectations across multiple departments.
 
Below you’ll find an overview of your day to day responsibilities:
 
Think: You are extremely thoughtful, analytical and data driven. You devour analyst reports and thoughtful blog posts extracting nuggets of information that could be used strategically to make decisions. You wake up in the morning and consume industry and competitor news with your morning coffee to give you the broad perspective that you can apply to any of the product marketing related tasks.
 
Communicate: Whether it is copy writing for a landing page or a presentation deck you apply your creativity to take complex concepts and create compelling stories that everyone can relate with. You are thoughtful, have your way with words and believe that a picture is worth a thousand words.
 
Enable: You consume the latest material on the advances in computing and have a thorough understanding of the tech landscape. You apply this knowledge every day to work collaboratively with Sales, Success, Marketing and Product teams to drive successful product launches and deliver exciting products to the market.
 
Drive Results: Whether it is jumping on a sales call or leading a webinar, you drive results with your deep knowledge of the product. You can identify gaps in the tools available to the Go-To-Market teams and proactively take the lead to create them to help scale the business effectively. With your can do attitude, you become the go to resource for the go-to-market team.
 
Requirements
 
* 4-6 years of B2B product marketing experience preferably for a SaaS company (bonus points for experience in Customer Service CRM or Contact Center Technology)
* Undergrad in Computer Science and an MBA preferred
* A strong portfolio of collateral and project deliverables across multiple employers.
* Creative thinker and confident communicator that can inspire colleagues to action.
* Hard working, creative+analytical intelligence and persistent.
* Team-player. Is in it to help the team and company succeed first.
