Work like you mean it

As our Senior Account Manager, you will be driving success with Xevo Market’s merchant partners in a new and emerging industry.  You will support rapid growth and build excellent client relationships, partnering across cross-functional teams.  

Your mission (should you choose to accept it.)

  • Drive revenue growth with a defined portfolio of Xevo Market’s merchant partners
  • Focus on retention, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Partner with Business Development to help convey Xevo’s value to help close merchant deals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchant partners
  • Analyze merchant data and provide insights to your portfolio of merchants
  • Overall responsibility and project management for merchant initiatives
  • Operate across cross-functional teams – Business Development, Implementation, Marketing, Design, Product and others

So, do you have what it takes?

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management of large enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts 
  • Previous experience managing and navigating complex organizations
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Experience analyzing data and uncovering unique insights
  • Ability to uncover new ways to provide value internally and to merchant partners
