Program Description:
Amenity Analytics, a leading startup in the text analytics and natural language processing space, is looking for driven Fall 2018 Graduates to participate in our Graduate Training Program. As a member of the Graduate Training Program you will have the opportunity to gain both the technical skills needed to be a successful NLP Data Scientist, as well as a high-level understanding of our business processes.
The program is 12 months in length beginning in our Text AI (Data Science) department, with the opportunity to rotate through other departments - such as Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Account Management - ultimately landing in the area that best aligns with your skills and passion.

Text AI (Data Science)
In this role, the analyst will be responsible for training our Artificial Intelligence engine by performing financial data analysis on dynamic, real-world events. This position is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high performance, results-oriented culture; the team includes proven leaders from the technology and financial industries. There is great potential for the right candidate to grow into a larger role internally.
As a Strategy Analyst you will help our organization achieve long-term sustainable growth by continuing to disrupt the industry, and by rethinking and disrupting our own practices. You will have the chance to help shape a rapidly expanding company with a transformative mission, by supporting the Strategy team in developing and executing our strategic priorities. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success to design, test, evaluate, and implement internal initiatives.
As a member of the Marketing team you will help with our brand-­building, customer generating, and loyalty maximizing efforts. This a dynamic role, but examples of projects include building queries, performing analyses, generating ad hoc and recurring reports, and using these to execute on various paid marketing channels.
Sales/Account Management
As a member of the Account Management team you will help manage a portfolio of our most significant relationships. You will develop an in-depth understanding of each customer’s organization and industry and will work across Amenity to drive, develop and implement projects that deepen client relationships. The Account Manager will share individual customer perspectives while advocating and prioritizing the development of capabilities that benefit the entire customer portfolio. The Account Manager will be responsible for both managing the day-to-day customer relationships and building the strategy to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.


    • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
    • 0-2 years of experience in a highly analytical role
    • An optimistic, high-energy problem solver
    • Quick thinking, analytic approach with deep love for data-driven decision making
    • Intellectually curious and eager to learn
    • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment
    • Deep understanding of financial language required
    • Minimum coding preferred but not necessary
    • An expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
