Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst at Sprinklr

Job Responsibilities:  

Quarterly Sales Compensation Process

  • Assist in the administration and payment of global compensation plans for 300+ team members, on a monthly and quarterly basis worldwide
  • Assist in the resolution of commission-related inquiries from the sales team
  • Work closely with Human Resources to understand plan assignments, advances/draws, and other compensation agreements
  • Work with payroll team to process commission payments on-time, and accurately each month
  • Assist in preparing detailed monthly commission accrual

Xactly Sales Compensation System

  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Xactly, including organization records, quotas and rates, crediting rules, data uploads, advances/draw payments, etc.
  • Monitor new hire and termination data and update internal systems accordingly
  • Work closely with sales operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to respective sales teams

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations
  • 3-5 years hands-on sales commissions administration experience
  • Comfortable working with various systems simultaneously, and thinking through the consolidation/flow of data
  • Advanced MS Excel skills  - experience with pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.  High-integrity, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills  
  • Effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict
  • Experience with Xactly (or similar ICM), Excel, ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS) and CRM ( preferred)
