About the role

As a member of our Customer Advocacy team, you will play a vital role in our relationship with customers around the globe and in a wide range of industries. After becoming a Sprinklr platform expert and generalist, you will assist Sprinklr end users with non-technical questions and issues, imparting platform knowledge and best practices, and removing obstacles so they
can achieve their goals.
The Customer Advocacy team sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Services, providing potential career growth throughout the Client Delight Organization.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Communications, or related field from a reputable university
● 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role
● Demonstrated understanding of Software-as- a-Service revenue model, enterprise
software, and social media
