Enterprise Campaign Manager at Helpshift

Helpshift bridges the disconnect between conventional customer service channels—like email and phone support—and a growing consumer base that does more on mobile phones and has a strong preference for messaging as the primary mode of communication. Through Helpshift’s Bot and AI-powered support platform, companies can resolve issues more efficiently, boosting customer satisfaction in the process.
 
We are looking for a tenacious Enterprise Campaign Manager, capable of strategy, execution and analysis, who is passionate about the Helpshift mission and eager to bring it to market and drive pipeline. As Helpshift’s enterprise campaign manager, you will work directly with key stakeholders to plan and launch campaigns across channels, audiences, and funnel stages to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for Helpshift’s enterprise campaign strategy including quarterly planning, contracting, promotion, sales enablement and quarterly enterprise pipeline targets.
    • Execute enterprise campaigns that leverage an integrated channel approach in order to drive engagement within Helpshift’s target accounts.
    • Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on the enterprise sales cycle and extract insights to improve performance across the funnel
    • Collaborate with channel experts, content creators, product marketing and design teams to concept, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns
    • Develop a trusted relationship with the sales team through regular check ins, ability to incorporate feedback and understanding of how to involve sales at each step of the campaign process.

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in high-tech enterprise software marketing
    • CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation experience
    • A detailed understanding of software sales and purchase processes that involve multiple decision-makers
    • Experience working in marketing with proven success in the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns
    • Ability to manage large detailed projects to tight timelines and respond positively under time pressures and uncertainty
    • Experience with operations, reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIs
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve extraordinary results
