Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Helpshift

Helpshift bridges the disconnect between conventional customer service channels—like email and phone support—and a growing consumer base that does more on mobile phones and has a strong preference for messaging as the primary mode of communication. Through Helpshift’s Bot and AI-powered support platform, companies can resolve issues more efficiently, boosting customer satisfaction in the process.
 
We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager capable of strategy, execution and analysis, to help Helpshift rapidly scale our presence in the market in 2019. You are passionate about creating a seamless customer journey and skilled in the systems and processes required to bring that vision to life. As Helpshift’s marketing operations lead, you are equally comfortable leading projects and people as you are working with data and systems.

Responsibilities

    • Implement marketing automation best practices to support campaign execution including inbound lead flow, lead scoring, database hygiene and enrichment, campaign templates, personalization, predictive insights and more.
    • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff ensuring that no lead/contact is left behind, that sales has relevant context and they are enabled to follow up swiftly. Own the marketing-to-success handoff ensuring that customers are seamlessly onboarded and supported throughout their relationship with Helpshift.
    • Audit, maintain and future proof a sophisticated B2B marketing tech stack capable of efficiently supporting inbound and outbound efforts, account-based marketing, attribution and aligns with Helpshift’s business objectives.
    • Build and maintain marketing analytics framework and a regular cadence of reporting to demonstrate marketing’s impact on opportunities, pipeline and bookings, and to provide insight for future program optimization.

Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in marketing operations in a high-growth startup B2B environment.
    • Marketo and SFDC power user with intricate knowledge of the Marketo to Salesforce integration.
    • Expert knowledge of the customer lifecycle, marketing funnel and various demand generation strategies including inbound, outbound and account-based marketing.
    • Deep experience in reporting on marketing metrics and can easily discuss the merits of various attribution methodologies.
    • Proven ability and desire to educate others and work with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects in high growth startup environment
