ABOUT US
We at Volocopter are building the world’s first manned fully electric and safe air taxis. With the Volocopter we will redefine the way people move in cities and make humanity’s dream of personal flight come true. As pioneers in this field, we wrote aviation history in 2011 with the first ever manned flight of a multicopter. This feat was followed by milestones like the first license and the worldwide first autonomous flight in a mega city (www.volocopter.com).
 
YOUR TASKS
 
You work in all HR processes and support the development of lean, innovative HR structures and tools. You are actively involved in the entire recruiting process, representing our company to the candidates and contributing to positive candidate experience.


  • Collaboration in recruiting including applicant management, interviews, active sourcing and creation of a talent pool
  • Support of administrative processes, e.g., expansion of our applicant database
  • Advice and support of our employees in all personnel matters
  • Operational personnel administration, e.g., certificates, certificates, employment contracts
  • Further development of the software tools in use
  • Intensive cooperation with internal (e.,g. marketing) and external (e.,g. labor law, payroll) partners
REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Currently studying a relevant field of specialization with a focus on human resources, ideally at the end of the Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • First practical experience in human resources, e.g. in recruiting
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Communicative team player, organizational and implementation strength, customer orientation
  • Responsible, initiative and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken English knowledge
