Senior HR Manager at DocuSign

Position Summary

This is an exciting newly created role that offers the successful candidate a huge opportunity to impact a growing office, business strategy and people operations. This position reports to the EMEA HR Lead in Dublin and sits on the London leadership team.


HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with the EMEA HR Team to implement and manage HR strategies and programs for the London Office.
  • Partner and Support the local leadership and management team to drive business strategies and people programs.
  • Partner with the Recruiting and Global Comp & Benefits team with insights into compensation and benefit competitiveness in the market.
  • Work closely with the HR Leadership team to build talent strategies including engagement, retention, and development.
  • Challenge business leaders towards greater differentiation of performance assessments & rewards in order to drive higher performance levels across aligned group.

Talent Development

  • Provide candid feedback and constructive coaching on an ongoing basis to business leaders in order to help them progress most efficiently towards goals.
  • Provide ad – hoc manager training or lunch and learns if and when the need arises.
  • Provide thought leadership, related to strategic delivery and preparation for change management plans.

HR Operations

  • Track key HR data acquired from conducting employee exit interviews.
  • Work with the HR operations team to provide local leadership with reports on important data metrics.
  • Welcome and facilitate HR onboarding for new hires and work closely with our global onboarding team to ensure a smooth process.

Employee Relations

  • Manage any grievance, investigation or disciplinary process locally.
  • Support the wider EMEA team in employee relations issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our global legal team in implementing policies and processes.

 Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or further HR development courses (i.e. CIPD qualified).
  • Significant experience in a Senior HR Role - from research through presentation to implementation.
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high performing company with competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone HR role (locally) but can also partner with the wider EMEA team on projects, training and processes.
  • Exceptional client service skills including the desire and drive to work in a high performing team across varying time zones.
  • Strong understanding of a single or combination of UK, German, Irish and French employment law
  • Experience in influencing senior management and guiding through policy implementation.
