Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our business development team as an Business Development Representative or Account Development Representative as we call it. You will support a regional sales team in the UK and Nordics region hunting new enterprise business within defined territories. This role will play a vital role in the alignment of sales and marketing- executing highly targeted, account-based nurturing activities combined with outbound sales. The ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a tenacious self-starter every day.


  • Generate new business leads that convert to qualified opportunities
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Build out orchestrated touch points / mini nurture campaigns at the account level
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior retail executives
  • Respond to and qualify in-bound leads
  • Evangelize the True Fit solution
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities


  • SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Prior inside sales experience required
  • Experience as a user preferred
  • ToutApp Marketo, HubSpot, or other sales engagement software familiarity a plus
  • Enterprise prospecting experience a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
  • Ability to travel (15%)
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University preferred
  • 2-4 Years of full-time corporate sales experience (Software sales is a plus)


London, UK preferred. Will consider remote if elsewhere. Territory will be region of UK & Nordics
