Logistics Specialist at Sigfox

We are looking for a reliable logistics and materials specialist to be responsible for coordinating the overall supply chain.  You will organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods.

Primarily responsible for overseeing both inbound and outbound logistics during the entire order cycle.

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for all facets of equipment and material movement and flow within the Networks organization, leading a 3PL provider in the following areas: delivery assurance, supply chain scheduling, planning and procurement.  The successful candidate will need to meet or exceed quality, output and delivery metrics in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.  In this role, the incumbent will drive continuous improvement across key business objectives.  Additionally, the selected candidate will interface with vendors, general contractors, Sigfox supply chain in France and senior management.



  • Plan and coordinate logistics, supply chain, material ordering and engage regularly with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Implement material replenishment and flow procedures to increase inventory accuracy, promote inventory quality, and reduce material pinch points throughout the deployment phase
  • Continuously improve the order management process for Sigfox equipment and construction material
  • Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
  • Ensure all materials are received promptly and accurately from outside suppliers
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes



  • Required: 2-5 years proven record of successful logistics, supply chain coordination and procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Business Administration preferred
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Ability to develop Inventory Control standards and processes
  • Must have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in working with a variety of vendors and teams, driving to deliverables and challenging deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment and ability to work independently with little direction.
