We are looking for an eager and dedicated Talent Recruiter to spearhead recruitment of full time team members at Nyansa. Nyansa is a rapidly growing organization looking for self-motivated candidates who are seeking career growth in a dynamic market.  Our product is focused on improving the end user experience by helping IT staff gain new insights into client access conditions, network service behavior and enterprise applications issues that impact user performance. What you will do:
 
-Partner closely with the VPs, People Ops and hiring managers to understand their hiring need and description of an ideal candidate.
-Create and execute talent brand marketing and sourcing programs to identify and engage passive and active technical candidates at varying levels of seniority.
-Write recruiting content that tells Nyana's story and captivates people to respond with interest in learning more.
-Build robust and diverse pipelines of candidates through multiple channels.
-Coordinate onsite meetings
 
What we’re looking for:
-1-3+ years experience in recruiting Either or Agency and in-house startup experience is a big plus!
-Account delivery role or resourcing talent /Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires.
-Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidatesSelf-starter who enjoys fast-paced collaborative environmentExperience using the tools of the trade: ATS systems (we use Lever), AngelList, AI Tools, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, sourcing tools, etc.
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Crazy-organized, detail-oriented and one step ahead of everyone else
