Inside Sales Manager at Kaltura

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for an Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales function from our London office. As part of a dedicated Enterprise Sales Team, reporting to VP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for a small team of 4 ISRs covering EMEA region.

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who has the passion for sales, loves to develop sales people and hunger to achieve targets. The key focus will be on hiring the best, enabling the team on an ongoing basis and supporting an end to end sales process.  

You will:

Track and be accountable for overall team productivity

Recruit, onboard and build a team of top performing inside sales reps

Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes

Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches

Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment

Own your team KPIs, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

 

Proven experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, ISRs or similar

Experience working for a growth SaaS business selling to enterprise customers would be beneficial

You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement

Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team

Passionate about delivering excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment.
