About Kaltura Inside Sales EMEA

We are growing our new Inside Sales Team in London to capitalize on the strong growth of our solutions in the market. The team interacts with thousands of customers in EMEA every day using the latest video, phone and digital technologies.

The Inside Sales Team is our talent development platform for future career progression within Kaltura. Successful Inside Sales Representatives will generally progress to positions of increasing responsibility in Field Sales and Customer Success.

We are looking for outstanding target over-achievers with 1 to 2 years of work experience in a fast paced Inside Sales organization selling enterprise software or SaaS.

Job purpose

Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, acquire new customers, generate sales pipeline and close deals by outbound telephone, video, digital & social contact with customers and prospects in the UK.

Work in conjunction with Marketing and Field Sales to monitor and improve the health of the pipeline generated, close smaller deals and support Field Sales and End-User Customers on larger deals.

Main duties

  • Proactively hunt for new business leads and opportunities by outbound telephone, video, digital & social contact with customers and prospects in the UK.
  • Achieve and overachieve agreed targets for opportunities and pipeline generation and close deals every week, month, quarter and year.
  • Consistently develop your sales skills, market understanding, solutions knowledge and customer approach to generate and close valuable business opportunities.
  • Attend training and coaching regularly and adopt proven selling methodology.
  • Provide inputs and feedback to Marketing on quality of the demand generation activities.
  • Take initiatives and propose idea on new ways to improve & maximize demand generation, leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Respond promptly and always meet commitments made to prospects and customers.


  • Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR or ISR in a fast moving Inside Sales organization, preferably for a major player in the enterprise software, SaaS, Recruitment or Financial Services industries. We are accepting applications from fresh graduates with German language as well !
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent targets over-achievement.
  • Ideally experience in business to business consultative selling of technology solutions on the DACH market.
  • Strong influencing skills and experience interacting with senior level contacts.
  • Willingness to learn and ambition to grow professionally.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and German
  • Additional European language advantageous but not essential.
  • Successful completion of a degree in business-related discipline or equivalent work experience
