VP of Marketing at ElaCarte

We are looking for a Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee Presto’s Marketing efforts to our enterprise prospects and customers. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This is a hands-on Player+Coach role with a limited team but large brand impact.
 
Our ideal candidate has an extensive marketing background and experience managing a variety of marketing and brand enhancement projects end-to-end, including digital marketing techniques. Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will also play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning.
 
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success and global positioning.

Responsibilities:

    • Position Presto for leadership and positive Brand awareness
    • Maximize leads to the Sales team
    • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
    • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams and external agencies
    • Execute along the Marketing department’s budget
    • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
    • Lead all marketing campaigns and execute them with speed and precision
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO and VP Sales
    • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
    • Develop educational and easy to consume marketing collateral
    • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
    • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
    • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing or Director of Marketing in a growth company environment
    • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful enterprise marketing campaigns
    • Creative and thoughtful about brand strategy
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
