We are looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our Global Resourcing team. You will play a key role, recruiting cross-functionally across the business ensuring that the firm is provided with a first class, highly effective recruitment and advisory service globally.

Responsibilities

      • Liaise with Hiring Managers to determine role requirements
      • Assist in the creation and delivery of recruitment strategy
      • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods ie social media, meet-ups, conferences etc
      • Management of recruitment technology including uploading vacancies, candidate data and vendor information
      • Ensuring all incoming candidates are transferred to the Applicant Tracking System (LEVER)
      • Producing regular management information as required
      • Assist with roadshows and campus recruiting
 

Qualifications & Experience

    • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment
    • Possess between 3-6 years experience of technology recruitment gained from an internal resourcing or agency role
    • Strong ability to prioritise and take ownership of multiple tasks
    • Ability to work accurately and with a high level of attention to detail and discretion
    • First class interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior management
    • Highly proactive, enthusiastic and self-starting
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint and familiar with ATS
