Technical Support engineer at Prophesee

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’re the main interface between customers and development teams, making sure user experience is always as good as possible and customer requirements and needs are properly addressed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain a trusted partnership with customers

• Provide first level support

• Gather customer feedback and enhancement requests. Generates Bug reports.

• Creates account documentation including reports, proposals, business assessments and recommendations.

• Perform technical product training for clients. • Build and maintain product documentation (FAQ, datasheets, API documentation, etc.)

• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth

• Provide regular analysis of customer cases, trends and other key metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Required
• 3 years of experience working on camera products.
• Good general software knowledge (c++, python, Linux)
• Written and verbal proficiency in English at full professional level.
Nice to have
• Experience in Industrial Automation or Retail,
• Knowledge of embedded software and hardware,
• Good understanding of Computer Vision

Language skills: English is mandatory as it is the working language of the company. French is significant asset for living in Paris

Travel Requirements
Although the position does not require extensive travel, it may be required at times to travel internationally to meet customers and prospects
