Recruitment Resourcer – London at What3Words
London, GB

We are seeking a motivated Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will immerse yourself in understanding our business across a variety of disciplines and source the best talent for our live roles.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential employees, so it is of paramount importance that you are able to engage and build relationships with all types of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver high quality relevant candidates for open roles
  • Manage the applicant pipeline across all of our live roles
  • Candidate management through process (scheduling calls, scheduling interviews, reviewing CVs)
  • Acting as the point of contact for candidates, updating them with the status of their application
  • Advertise job openings on our careers page, job boards and social networks (e.g. Linkedin and Facebook)
  • Sourcing, attracting and screening candidates using a variety of channels, and creating a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage and coordinate team and industry events – e.g Grad Days, Recruitment Milkrounds, Meet Ups


You will be:

  • Energetic, proactive and a passionate brand ambassador for what3words
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of CV’s, roles and candidate correspondence
  • Organised – have the ability to manage your own time – prioritising across a number of roles
  • A quick learner – ability to understand what each role does and why we need to hire them
  • Highly driven and focused with high energy levels

You will have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – demonstrable evidence that you can build relationships at all levels of the business, be trusted and known to always act with integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive nature – to provide recommendations to improve processes relating to the delivery of recruitment services to the business
  • A desire to play a key role in growing and developing a top-notch team solving huge problems
