BrightEdge is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Engineering Team in Cleveland.  You will work closely with our CTO/Founder to build a top-notch engineering team. We are looking for a leader who can assist with building a technical recruiting interview process. 

Core Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine needs, priorities, and processes
    • Work with the recruiting team to drive social initiatives for our R&D team
    • Represent and participate in University Career Fairs for our Engineering team
    • Ability to source, screen, and close Frontend, Backend, and Devops Engineers
    • Ability to manage and work a wide variety of technical positions
    • Provide a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process
    • Track and monitor recruiting pipeline for weekly executive meetings
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

What it Takes to be Successful

    • No experience is required, but we're looking for someone who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and actively learn and grow in this role
    • GPA of 3.5 and above
    • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
    • Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
    • Understanding of technical concepts preferred (Big data, database, platform, etc.)
    • Thrive in an ambiguous and fluid environment with a high drive to succeed
    • Bachelor's degree required
