IT Support Analyst at Rubikloud

Who We Are Looking For:

As our IT Support Analyst, you will provide system-level support of multi-user computer (operating) systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems. Other duties include tracking problems until a solution is identified and implemented to the user's satisfaction. Problems could include hardware issues, software issues, printers, network connectivity, communications devices and other peripherals. Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the company’s laptop and desktop personal computers and peripherals.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Administer the set-up and deployment of laptops and cell phones, related hardware peripherals and software installation.
  • Provide problem diagnosis and resolution for a variety of hardware and software related issues. Escalate support issues as appropriate, including opening and monitoring help desk tickets.
  • Perform printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot remote access issues, both software and hardware.
  • Maintain physical inventory of hardware and software.
  • Issue and monitor security badges.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Patch workstations to switches and routers.
  • Keep abreast of new technology and develop such skills as are required to remain effective in this role.


Who You Are:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems
  • Good understanding of network connectivity (switches, routers, access points)
  • Sound technical capability including the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, G-Suites, Saas apps, Okta, Airwatch, Anti-virus management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently on various projects
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical support role
  • College diploma in Networking/System Administrator or higher
  • Certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, MCP/MSCA/MCSE, CCNA a plus
  • Knowledge in cloud systems (i.e. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) is a plus
