Your Opportunity
As a Junior Support Specialist you will be working with Kinduct’s growing client base in high performance and professional sports to ensure timely and comprehensive responses to inbound client issues or problems. Working with a team of support specialists, as well as technical product and loyalty specialists, you will help to maintain and retain existing business and generally enabling their overall success on the Kinduct platform. 

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the tracking and execution of inbound issue resolution within appropriate time frames;
    • Document the findings from client interactions and communicate them to various teams inside Kinduct;
    • Manage the process to effectively address client satisfaction and escalation of issues until resolved. This will include coordinating internal resources that interact with each client;
    • Work with the Product Management teams to identify and assist in the definition and design of new features and improvements;
    • Work with the Manager of Training and Knowledge to formalize knowledge of Kinduct’s software and how it provides value and benefit to clients;
    • Through highly responsive and value-based communication, work to develop a trusted relationship with your clients and develop them into references for our company as well as ongoing clients;    

Technical Competencies

    • Undergraduate/Bachelors Degree
    • Previous Client Support or Account Management experience strongly preferred
    • Software experience, preferably SaaS software
    • Interest in sports, fitness, and health considered an asset
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle is an asset
    • Professional proficiency in second language(s) considered an asset
    • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
