Product Marketing Manager at R3CEV

R3 is seeking a product marketer to conceptualize and implement a global product marketing strategy, develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and integrated marketing programs, as well as develop content to support demand generation for Corda—our flagship blockchain technology platform. The successful candidate will need to conceive of, project manage and execute a wide variety of tactics across diverse channels, including collateral material (i.e. white papers, case studies, solution briefs, fact sheets), blogs, infographics, presentations, product demos, and more. Other responsibilities include market segmentation, competitive and market analysis, as well as Analyst Relations. R3 operates in an ever-evolving space and this global role will need to stay abreast of blockchain technology and our flagship platform to ensure messaging and positioning are accurate and effective.
 
The individual must be a self-starter, comfortable in ‘build mode’ and entering a new market with a new technology and very little data. The candidate must also thrive in a fast-paced start up environment that requires resourcefulness, running with projects, superior people skills, strong communication skills and the ability to both adapt quickly and multi-task. Strategic thinking, project management and strong execution skills are required. The position will source, brief and oversee a variety of third party service providers, as well as work closely with product management, field marketing, corporate marketing, partnership team and sales

Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize and implement global product marketing strategy
    • Develop product marketing & GTM plans
    • Assess & analyze market share
    • Conduct detailed competitive, win/loss analysis, and market analysis
    • Partner with field and partnership marketing to develop integrated campaigns to drive demand
    • Create effective and compelling positioning, messaging, content and sales enablement tools to be used by sales and partnership teams
    • Leadership of AR
    • Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for content strategies
    • Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentations and hosted event/webinar content
    • Understand the product and service offerings of key competitors; communicate differentiation in marketing materials and battle cards

Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 year’s product marketing experience, global experience a big plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to manage numerous diverse projects
    • Extensive experience producing, executing and measuring product marketing programs
    • Strong project management skills
    • Demonstrate both strong strategic skills and the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' to get things done
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • A collaborative and flexible personality who adapts easily to change
    • Technology or software firm experience a big plus
