Field Marketing Manager at R3CEV

R3 is seeking a dual global and North America field marketing specialist to drive demand generation and leads for sales and partnership teams. This professional must have a proven track record of creating, delivering and executing measurable demand generation programs that drive awareness and pipeline that generate maximum ROI. While this role will have a North American focus, he or she will also be charged with building a global field marketing framework ‘from the ground up’ that the other regions can leverage. Global strategic planning, identifying and analyzing customer demand, developing the annual field marketing program to meet specific regional/global goals and assessing market opportunity are all aspects of this job. While this role will primarily be focused on generating demand for R3’s enterprise blockchain platform, it also includes alignment with developer relations to support community adoption of the open source platform. He or she will collaborate with peers in field marketing in APAC and EMEA and DevRel to ensure alignment with other regional marketing programs and channels.

Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize and implement a Global and North American field marketing strategy
    • Execution, management and measurement of North American marketing programs (events, nurture campaigns, webinars, etc.) to drive demand & aggressively build NA sales pipeline
    • Working closely with EMEA and APAC field marketers to ensure alignment
    • Manage the lead qualification and handover process to Inside Sales from campaigns, report on KPIs and track results
    • Understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed
    • Source and support customer/prospect data quality
    • Develop scripts and sales enablement tools
    • Provide communication channel to sales and partnership teams
    • Manage aspects of hosted events, including content project management
    • Analyze, manage and measure hosted and third party sponsorship opportunities
    • Help manage webinars, executive briefings, partner days, support meet ups/bootcamps (as needed) and more to drive lead generation; communicate to sales and campaign analysis
    • In collaboration with the partnership marketer, define and execute joint demand generation programs that support the local and regional partner channels while aligning with the field marketing plan
    • Drive focused account marketing programs to increase the share of wallet within major accounts and accelerate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Execute region-specific marketing programs that will ultimately drive demand and aggressively build the sales pipeline
    • Build an appropriate mix of integrated campaign tactics, including events, roundtables, email, webinars, telemarketing, social media, ABM, etc. to deliver the regional campaign goals within the budget allocation
    • Collaborate on the delivery of the company flagship event “CordaCon” and measurement of leads

Qualifications

    • Strong track record of B2B field marketing and demand generation (especially lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement)
    • Minimum 8 year’s field marketing experience, global experience a big plus
    • Experience of market research analytics, strategic planning, campaign development, budget management, events, email and nurturing, digital, social media, etc
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to manage numerous diverse projects
    • Hands-on experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo), and Salesforce is required
    • Account Based Marketing experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Strong project management skills
    • Demonstrate both strong strategic skills and the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' to get things done
