What Are Your Responsibilities 

Support entire global event team, including first- and third-party event experiences

  • Work closely with shared marketing operations team to create process to scale events globally, manage swag, and improve activity awareness for the field/sales teams
  • Streamline event team project plans and workflows to integrate on the Sprinklr Platform
  • Develop strategy for event promotion and gather analytics through event management software
  • Organize schedules and maintain projects in our project management system
  • Train internal international teams, new employees and interns on all event platforms and procedures
  • Oversee trade show/event in a box programs, which include asset, content, and pre-event logistics management for 100+ regional events
  • Meet with regional sales teams quarterly to provide event updates and assess needs for the business
  • Manage internal past event documents and best practices guides

Helpful skills:

  • Previous project management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS-Office and Event Management software 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in the NY office
  • 25% travel
