Community Support Specialist - Spanish at Mighty AI

We seek an innovative, driven and multi-culturally aware Community Support Specialist to join our Seattle, WA-based team.

 

Our Spare5 community is over 500,000 members in size and is distributed all over the world. People complete short, paid tasks in their spare time on our iOS and Web apps. Spare5 has an increasing number of native Spanish speakers and we intend to provide them with the same first-class support experience our English-language audience receives.

 

You will be responsible for leading direct email and community forums support for our Spanish speaking community. You will also need to work collaboratively with Community PM, designers, and engineers to suggest product improvements and fix issues that this community relays en Español.

 

About the Role
-Authors empathetic, responsive, and lighthearted direct communication in response to inbound support emails, ongoing community forums conversations, and through participation in occasional live video chats

-Collaborate with Design team to develop and translate instructional panels for tasks and other site documentation.
-Participates in regular customer operations to stay up-to-date on new task features & requirements, and anticipate community questions & challenges

-Ability to track down and diagnose technical issues based on limited information, then use that information to get to the root of a technical problem that the end users (community) is experiencing.

 

 

 

About You
-Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences
-Native / fluent in written and spoken Spanish. Experience with Portuguese and other Romance languages a strong plus. Plus strong interpersonal written/verbal communication skills, generally. (We send a lot of Slacks around here.)
-2+ years of experience providing direct customer support with a technical product
-Ability and excitement to collaborate with others on cross-functional teams
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-High degree of flexibility and enthusiasm for a fast-changing work environment

- Willingness to work (from home) on Sundays a plus
