Channel Sales Manager DACH at Cloudian

Responsibilities
• Closely manage and enable KPIs including pipeline growth, partner team alignment, partner recruitment 
• Recruit, develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Drive sales activity and lead by example.
• Significant field travel expected.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Create Strategies and lead team efforts to maximise sell-through of Cloudian products within Channel.
• Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support. 
• Work with marketing and alliance partners to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows. 
• Conduct contract negotiations & define and execute partner sales plans. 

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
• Technology Sales Leadership experience within Channel
• Passionate and persuasive. Excellent verbal communication skills.
• 10+ years successful field sales experience in storage. 
• Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
• Knowledge of the storage and datacenter industry
• Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
