Your Purpose:
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Delivery, the Sr. Product Manager will be working in support of the product development process. The right person will have a solid product background and understanding of technical business models, product, and product delivery frameworks within a strategic SaaS environment and be keen to be part of a dynamic team. Working within a team focused environment, you will lead a team to articulate the needs of the user(s) with clear and concise product design, requirements and test cases. The Sr. Product Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Kinduct is developing and deploying the highest quality products, that exceed the needs of our dynamic customer base, within an environment of accountability and success.


    • Collaborate closely with product leadership to establish and drive the roadmap and prioritize the backlog in partnership with other Product Managers;
    • Oversee the end-to-end process for enhancements, from requirements gathering through to design, development and post-launch analysis;
    • Write and prioritize stories for executing against the product plan and work closely with development to track execution and acceptance into a release;
    • Advocate for user experience and design within our product, engage with customers, and communicate capabilities bundled in a release;
    • Remove roadblocks, coordinate dependencies across teams, identify and mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.


    • 5+ years of leadership in Product Management, with a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline;
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management type of role;
    • Experience using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies in a SaaS environment is a must;
    • Experience in change management and getting buy-in as you steer the team through our growth and evolution;
    • Demonstrated success within a SaS organization with mid and large enterprise customer base;
    • Ability to design and meet priorities through and within conflicting priorities and navigate trade-offs between choices, turning ambiguity into clarity;
    • Good eye for user experience design and ability to empathize with users;
    • Experience collaborating with UX designers and proven understanding of the methodology behind creating amazing workflows;
    • Proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical people;
    • Ability to turn product direction into exacting specifications.
