What We Need:  Overview on Role

 

DBSG is an experienced team of former consultants and technology executives who work directly with senior executives at our leading global customers.  DBSG has two primary roles, focused on driving Sprinklr account strategy in partnership with our Field organization and on working directly with customer teams in leading/ accelerating digital transformation projects.  DBSG executives typically lead multi-week engagements with customer teams focused on the development of customer business cases and/or may develop customized workshops based on specific customer needs.  Projects may address enterprise-level transformation or focus on more specific change requirements such as customer care, marketing, digital advertising, or business analytics.

 

DBSG AVPs are aligned with our regional territories and work in a highly collaborative model on a global basis.  DBSG executives lead engagements with strategic accounts within their own region (e.g. Americas, APAC, EMEA) and collaborate with other Sprinklr personnel on global accounts.  DBSG AVPs are also responsible for developing original vertical industry insights on digital disruption, competitive trends, key digital “pain points” and/or high value strategic initiatives or “use cases” which are relevant for specific vertical industries.   The DBSG team as a whole also leverages insight gained through direct customer engagements to lead and/or support internal Sprinklr business and strategic planning projects with Sprinklr senior executives. 

 

 

Who You Are:  Key Qualifications

 

  • Seasoned executive with at least 15 years of total work experience focused on business strategy, digital media, e-commerce and/or internet-based services (required)
  • MBA and/or technical graduate degree from a leading institution (required)
  • Prior strategy and/or operations consulting experience at a leading management consulting firm with responsibility for delivering projects to C-suite and senior executive clients (highly preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator skills with C-level / senior executive presence and demonstrated effectiveness in working across multiple geographies
  • Proven leader with demonstrated flexibility and creativity—ability to pivot from the “big picture” to more focused “hands-on” engagement in working with Field Sales & Services teams.
  • Highly collaborative and open in approach; experience in working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations functions; impact player in helping drive customer success.
  • Passionate and avidly curious about social and digital media

 

What You'll Do:  Performance Expectations

 

  • Engaging with Senior Sales leaders in developing account plans, identifying account insertion points with target account executives, and driving account penetration
  • Developing presentation materials and financial business cases for use with senior client executives focused on industry competitive strategy, organization change strategy, digital best practices, and/or customer experience strategy (among other topics)
  • Leading multi-week customer digital transformation change projects and/or executive workshops including strategy formulation, workshop design & execution, consulting process management and roadmap development
  • Leading development of DBSG key deliverables including financial business case analyses, customer presentations and workshop materials
  • Leading internal project teams focused on Sprinklr GTM strategy, regional growth strategy, industry vertical thought leadership development and other topics.
  • Representing Sprinklr in industry forums / marketing events as thought leader
