CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR/VENDOR SPECIALIST

What You will Do:

Sprinklr`s Legal Department is looking for a Contracts Administrator/Vendor Specialist, to manage Vendor contracts and assist with other needs of the Legal Department. You will work closely with Sprinklr’s global Legal Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will manage, draft and negotiate all forms of Vendor and Subcontractor Agreements from Software/SaaS Licensing, Professional Services, Purchase Agreements, and Event Contracts, etc., globally
  • You will develop and implement standard templates, forms and processes for Vendor Agreement review and ultimately execution
  • You will provide training to all in the company on processes for all Vendor Agreement reviews
  • You will advise management regarding contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions of Vendor Agreements
  • You will advise and communicate with different teams all across the company on mitigating legal risks and business risks in Vendor Agreements
  • You will handle other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on as-needed basis 

What Makes You Qualified

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field
  • You have at least four (4) years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator providing legal advice and negotiating vendor agreements as the buyer in a software/technology/start-up environment, preferably with an international company (six (6) years’ experience required if Bachelor’s Degree is in an unrelated field)
  • You are able to demonstrate success working in contract negotiations
  • You have an in-depth understanding of contract law and vendor contract requirements and strong skills in negotiating such agreements
  • You must have excellent organizational skills and be a strong written and verbal communicator, with great attention to detail, common sense and a sense of humour
  • You are extremely customer-service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills and you are able to build strong working relationships with various lines of business and to put yourself in the shoes of those you are advising
  • You will have the ability to learn quickly and positively contribute to the team upon your start, you will need to be able to work independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous and complex environment
  • This is a fast-paced environment and being able to work at incredible speed and with focus is a must for this role, you must be able to prioritize responsibilities to manage a large work load with very tight timelines
  • Located in Sprinklr’s New York City office
