Account Executive – Central US (Chicago or Denver) at Moovit

Having built the world’s leading consumer business in urban mobility growing at over 1 million users per day, Moovit launched its suite of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) products earlier this year to license to governments, municipalities and transit authorities to help them improve urban mobility and increase riders’ satisfaction around the world.

 We are seeking a proven Account Executive who can grow our B2B/B2G footprint and build relationships and opportunities within our target market. As a hyper-growth company entering a rapidly evolving and fast growing market, Moovit is looking for an entrepreneurial leader, who is ambitious, resilient and persistent; a hunter. The successful candidate has a history of exceeding sales objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell Moovit mobility solutions

Leading client meetings and engaging Moovit sales support resources as required

Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior management

Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to achieve and exceed quota

Acting at all times in accordance with Moovit values and code of ethics

 

Requirements

  • 5 + years of technology sales and a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing 7 figure deals
  • Experience in a consultative, complex sales environment
  • Proven success in building something from the ground up and succeeding in a fast paced environment
  • Proven success managing, negotiating and closing both public and private sector accounts
  • Knowledge and experience of public sector tender processes - advantage
  • Prior experience in the geospatial / mapping / urban mobility markets – advantage
  • Demonstrable ability to present cutting edge technology solutions to C-suite and at conferences
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and well-developed business acumen
  • Exceptional ambition combined with great teamwork skills
